Itunes is a music downloading site
consisting of a grey background with black lettering and a blue background in
the side Interface bar, It’s interface is not simple and easy to navigate
through compared to grooveshark, Its labelling is quite confusing and too much
is crammed into it and not much colour making it look quite bland and very
official looking. You must buy the song before you can listen to it in full It
only allows you to use one computer to download song onto,. If another computer
is used to download songs on it will ask to format your device and delete
everything on your device if you proceed, but once the songs have been
downloaded onto your advice you can listen to the songs anywhere as long as you
have battery power. Grovesharks interface has a much more stylistic look and is
friendlier looking as well as more easy to interactive with. Grooveshark allows
the users to create a free account to listen to music with, allowing the user
to create free playlists for them self’s, but also is possible for the user to
pay extra money for extra settings such as being able to change the background.
Though the songs are only accessible when there is access to the internet, and
the songs are not downloadable.

Comparing both ITunes and
Grooveshark to radio, brings up pros and cons on both sides. With Radio
allowing the user the aility to interact more with both the coosing of the next
song as well as competitions, Itunes and Grooveshark only really offer the
ability of listening to music and not much more. Wth the radio there is a DJ
aslo choosing music so it offers a variety of music that you yourself may of
not ever heard of and would of never known to search for. The radio only offers
songs when you have access to a radio channel and it changes in ditiffrent
areas and songs that will be played are never defiant where as on both itunes
and Grooveshark the user always has contoll and less limited access to songs
the users liking than on the radio it’s more randome.
